The Network
Housing more than 190 internet backbone providers, Equinix has
enabled Velocitize Networks to enjoy connectivity to two of
the best network service providers in the world. We enjoy
direct connectivity to more than 23,000 miles of fiber optic
routes--including transatlantic connectivity to Europe, Asia,
and Australia. These are direct routes to more than 95% of internet surfers (including dialup, broadband,
and dedicated connections). In contrast, some of our
competitors with lower grade connectivity must reroute traffic
through many different providers to reach the same audience.
Velocitize Networks leverages a blend of two of the top Tier 1 carriers, Level 3
and SAVVIS. Both carriers are widely recognized as the
best in the industry and come highly acclaimed from both trade
magazines and their existing customers.
